Payment Policy

2Fly Dance Company operates a monthly payment scheme for ALL classes and ALL students. Every four weeks a bill will be issued for your child’s weekly tuition over the following month. For example if you join 2Fly in May you will receive your first monthly bill at the end of May to be paid on your first lesson in June. Sometimes depending on how the months fall it may cover 5 weeks.

 

With this system in place it prevents the students having to bring money each week and also ensures that if students in their class are absent that your child’s class will still run.

 

Those who choose our preferred pay monthly method will receive classes at our starter discounted rate – however if you do not opt to pay monthly class fees will then increase by 50 pence a lesson i.e when joining the school Contemporary is £5.50 if after the first month you do not wish to pay monthly fees then the class will go up to £6

 

If at any time a class may have to be cancelled at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances it will be rescheduled as best and as quickly as possible so not to lose a lesson. If you are not able to attend the rescheduled class fees will still apply. If the class is unable to be rescheduled for any reason the charge for the missed class will be deducted from your next bill.

 

Please notify the studio as soon as possible if a student will be absent from a lesson. For students to participate in any performances / competitions they must attend regularly. Pupils with poor attendance or high levels of dance fee arrears leading up to a school performance may not be eligible to take part in that performance.

 

There are no concessions or deductions for classes not attended but students can attend alternative classes that week to make up for any missed.

 

Holiday requests should be submitted in writing at least one month before and will be subject to approval. Holidays will be limited to one payment holiday a year. If at least 4 weeks’ notice is not given all fees for classes will still apply.
